The design concept of the project focuses on reviving the boat-building industry—particularly yachts—through modern methods that align with the country’s advanced technological capabilities. It incorporates robotic arms, mechanized belts, and ceiling-mounted cranes to streamline production. However, the vision extends beyond just the factory. The project also aims to reflect Egypt’s technological strength by positioning the factory as a landmark that merges industrial innovation with media and tourism appeal.
The project is located in Egypt, within the Suez Governorate—home to three major ports and known for its industrial and touristic significance. Specifically, it is situated in the Ataga neighborhood, a prominent industrial hub hosting numerous large factories and companies. The site is also near Galala Resort in Ain Sokhna, which features one of Egypt’s largest yacht marinas, and is part of the newly developed Al-Galala City.
